BEFORE YOU BUILD
A stronger setup starts
with the right fit.
Smith, rack or cables?
SKS-1 combines all three. SKS-2 focuses on rack and cable work. BJL-05A is a dedicated cable trainer.
Leave room to move.
Measure ceiling height, access and working space. A machine footprint is not the full space needed for training.
Make the bench your own.
Compare Bench Only, AH04 leg, AH05 preacher curl and the combined attachment package before ordering.
