2. Welding
The welding process is all carried out on the tooling platform bythe robots imported from Japan to ensure the precision and beautyof the welded junction, and fully ensure the interchangeability ofthe products and the safety and stability of the products in use.

3. Rusting Cleaning
All semi-finished pipes shall be sandblastedand derusted first, and then pickled andphosphatized to ensure no dead corner,effectively eliminate the oxidation andcorrosion of pipes from inside to outside,and greatly improve the service life ofproducts.

4. Painting
Adopt the internationally advanced electrostatic powderspraying process, spray twice, and seal the bright glazeon the surface to ensure the smoothness and durabilityof the instrument appearance.

5. Assembling
All products will be assembled under our assemblyline to fully ensure the efficiency and precision ofequipment assembly.

6. Testing
It is equipped with a professionaltesting workshop for finished productsand parts. All key parts should be putinto use after a long and intensivetest. Fully guarantee the quality anddurability of the equipment.

7. Quality Inspection
