SKEISO Equipment Quality Assurance
SKEISO quality assurance focuses on equipment design, materials, construction, fit, finish, and product support. Review each product page for verified specifications and the warranty policy for current coverage.

1. Raw Material Processing
Laser cutting equipment imported from Germany is used for steel-tube processing to improve dimensional consistency and edge quality. Large CNC bending machines help control bend angles and radii, while additional CNC machining equipment supports repeatable production of structural and connection components.

2. Welding
Dedicated welding fixtures help maintain component alignment during production. Robotic welding systems imported from Japan are used on applicable components to improve repeatability, weld consistency and finished appearance.

3. Surface Preparation
Semi-finished steel components undergo surface preparation before coating, including processes such as sandblasting, pickling and phosphating where applicable. These steps help remove surface oxidation and prepare the steel for the finishing process.

4. Painting
Electrostatic powder coating is applied to create an even, durable surface finish for repeated indoor fitness-equipment use. Coating preparation and finishing are controlled to support consistent appearance and corrosion resistance.

5. Assembly
Products are assembled through dedicated production processes to verify component fit, hardware installation and alignment before final inspection and packing.

6. Testing
Finished products and key components are checked in dedicated testing areas. Depending on the equipment type, inspection may include movement, component fit, hardware, resistance systems and repeated-use checks.

7. Quality Inspection
Quality inspection covers incoming materials, welding quality, surface finish, assembly fit, equipment movement and finished-product checks. The headquarters manufacturing system follows ISO 9001 quality-management requirements, and applicable products are evaluated against relevant CE requirements.

8. Packing
Products are packed through a standardized process using protective materials selected for the equipment type. The goal is to protect painted surfaces, components and hardware during warehouse handling and freight transportation.
