Set each cable station for the movement

Select a suitable pulley height and stack setting on each side. You can use one side at a time or both cable stations for compatible two-arm exercises.

Make room for the whole exercise

Check the space your body, bar and cable handles need—not just the frame footprint. Set each attachment for your reach and confirm the locking mechanism is engaged.

Move from barbell sets to pull-ups or dips

The overhead bar and dip handles add bodyweight options around the rack. Use appropriate technique and working clearance; the exercise map below helps you plan the rest of the session.

More than a short list of exercises

These are examples, not the full range of possible exercises:

  • Chest and shoulders: cable presses, flyes and raises; free-bar bench pressing requires a separate bench and barbell.
  • Back and arms: pull-ups, pulldowns, rows, cable curls and triceps work.
  • Bodyweight: dips on the included dip assembly.
  • Legs and glutes: rack-supported squats and lunges with a separate barbell and plates; compatible cable leg movements may need a separate ankle strap.
  • Core: cable chops and anti-rotation presses.

Use the attachment positions shown in the manual and allow enough working clearance.

Select the resistance for each side

Two 200 lb stacks provide independent selection. This actual close-up shows one stack, its top pulley and guide rods. Handle resistance depends on cable routing; stack weight is not a direct handle-resistance claim.

Keep attachments within reach

The rear pegboard and storage hooks provide a place for compatible small attachments between sets. Specialty grips are separate unless listed in your selected package.

SKS-2 exercise options

What can you train with the SKS-2?

Explore key muscle groups and representative exercises—not a fixed limit on what you can do. Exercise variations depend on your setup and compatible equipment; see the guide for more detail.

Chest

Free-bar bench presses with a separate bench and bar; cable flyes, cable presses and dips where appropriate.

Back

Pull-ups, lat pulldowns, low rows and single-arm cable rows cover vertical and horizontal pulling.

Shoulders

Free-bar overhead presses with suitable clearance; cable lateral raises and rear-delt flyes.

Arms

Cable curls, triceps pressdowns and dips add direct arm work to your push and pull sessions.

Legs & glutes

Rack-based squats and split squats with a separate bar and plates. Cable kickbacks require a compatible ankle cuff.

Core

Pallof presses, cable chops and hanging knee raises provide anti-rotation, rotation and hanging options.

Exercise options depend on compatible grips, correct setup and working clearance. Stack labels describe the selected stack weight, not verified resistance at the handle. Follow the manual and use suitable loads.
