Two Independent 200 lb Stacks

Two Independent 200 lb Stacks

Choose cable resistance independently on each side.

Two independent selectorized stacks supply the cable stations. The right stack sits partly behind its protective shroud. The cylindrical Smith counterweights are separate components. AI-enhanced detail based on the original SKS-1 photograph.

Guided Smith Bar

Guided Smith Bar

A dedicated guide system for barbell movements.

The close-up shows the Smith bar sleeve and guide assembly. The Smith system uses 1.181 in solid guide rods; the cable stacks have their own separate guide rods. Use the locking and safety setup described in the manual.

Adjustable Cable Trolleys

Adjustable Cable Trolleys

Set a high, middle or low line of pull.

Position the cable trolley for compatible presses, rows, flyes and isolation movements. Secure its adjustment before training. AI-enhanced detail based on this model’s original photograph.

Upper Pulley & Cable Bar

Upper Pulley & Cable Bar

An angled bar for compatible pulling movements.

The photograph shows the upper pulley, cable connection and angled cable bar—not the pull-up handles. Aluminum alloy pulleys guide the 0.189 in cables. AI-enhanced model-specific photograph.

Overhead Pull-Up Grips

Overhead Pull-Up Grips

Add bodyweight pulling to your cable and barbell work.

The overhead pull-up grip assembly is separate from the cable pulldown bar. Allow headroom and suitable movement clearance when planning your setup.

Integrated Rack & Smith Frame

Integrated Rack & Smith Frame

2.95 × 2.95 × 0.118 in main-frame tubing.

Rack, Smith and cable stations share one frame. J-hooks and safety arms support compatible free-bar setups; a separate free-weight barbell, plates and bench are not included.

Locate the stations on the assembled SKS-1

See the Smith bar, adjustable cable stations, lat-pulldown seat and overhead pulling stations on the assembled SKS-1. The clean-background product image helps you locate each station; the assembly illustration above shows attachment mounting positions.

Choose the line of pull for your next movement

Choose the line of pull for your next movement

Set the pulley height for the exercise, then select each stack independently. Moving from a high-pulley movement to a lower row or curl setup changes how you use the station without changing machines.

The close-up shows the angled bar, central connection and upper pulley assembly. Use a suitable cable attachment and setup for pulldowns and other compatible pulling movements.

2.95 × 2.95 × 0.118 in main frame for the integrated Smith, rack and cable stations.

The main steel frame supports the three training systems within one structure. Confirm the 660 kg / 1455 lb net weight when planning the floor, delivery route and installation area.

Add bodyweight pulling to the session

Use the overhead station for suitable pull-up or chin-up variations. Leave enough room above the bar and around your body for the full movement.

Choose guided or free-bar training

Use the Smith station when you want a guided bar path, or set up a separate bar on the rack for free-bar work. Position a compatible bench as needed and set the safeties according to the manual.

More than a short list of exercises

These are representative options, not a complete exercise limit:

  • Chest and shoulders: Smith presses or rack-supported free-bar presses with a separate bench/bar as needed; cable flyes, presses and lateral raises.
  • Back and arms: pull-ups, pulldowns, rows, cable curls and compatible triceps movements.
  • Legs and glutes: Smith squats, split squats, lunges and hip hinges with suitable technique and clearance.
  • Core: cable rotations and anti-rotation presses. Cable kickbacks and some isolation movements need a separate compatible ankle strap or specialty attachment.

Choose a setup and load appropriate to the movement; follow the manual and the equipment requirements in the exercise guide.

Separate cable weights and Smith guides

The two rectangular stacks provide independently selected cable resistance. Each is specified at 200 lb. The cylindrical components beside the Smith rails are a different part of the machine.

This original whole-machine photograph shows their positions within the rack. Handle resistance depends on the cable system.

SKS-1 exercise options

What can you train with the SKS-1?

Train chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes, calves and core using the Smith bar, free-weight rack, adjustable cables and pull-up station. These are representative exercises, not a complete exercise list. Grip, pulley height and stance allow further variations when the setup is suitable.

Chest

Smith flat and incline bench presses; standing cable presses; high-to-low and low-to-high cable flyes.

Setup: A separate weight bench is needed for bench presses. Use compatible handles for cable movements and separate plates for the Smith bar.

Back

Lat pulldowns, seated low rows, single-arm cable rows, straight-arm cable pulldowns and pull-ups provide vertical and horizontal pulling options.

Setup: Use the lat seat and leg pad for supported pulldowns, and the footplate for seated low rows. Choose a compatible bar or handle.

Shoulders

Smith overhead presses, cable lateral raises, cable front raises and rear-delt cable flyes cover pressing and shoulder isolation.

Setup: Seated presses need a separate bench; Smith work needs separate plates. Face pulls are another option with a suitable rope attachment, sold separately.

Arms

Cable curls, single-arm curls, triceps pressdowns and overhead cable triceps extensions offer direct biceps and triceps training.

Setup: Select a compatible included bar or handle for the movement. Rope-specific variations require a separate rope attachment.

Legs, glutes & calves

Smith squats, split squats, Romanian deadlifts and standing calf raises; free-bar squats with the rack. Cable pull-throughs add a hip-hinge option with a separate suitable rope.

Setup: Plates are separate; free-bar work also needs a separate barbell. Glute kickbacks require a compatible ankle strap, sold separately.

Core

Pallof presses, high-to-low cable chops, low-to-high cable lifts and hanging knee raises offer anti-rotation, rotational and hanging variations.

Setup: Use compatible handles and leave room for the cable path. Hanging movements require suitable reach and overhead clearance.

Looking for a specific movement? Ask us to check the exercise and required attachment before ordering. Not every variation uses only the included equipment. Follow the manual, use suitable loads and set the safeties correctly. Stack labels show selected stack weight, not verified resistance at the handle.
