Skeiso Fitness Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. Typically, we process cancellation requests within 1-2 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Please contact us via email: info@skeisofitness.com to request cancellation.
After an order is canceled, Skeiso Fitness will not reserve stock, which may affect availability for future purchases. Upon submitting a cancellation request, we will confirm the result via email. If the cancellation cannot be processed, please follow the steps in our return policy.
Note: Special circumstances such as natural disasters, government actions, or social disruptions may impact delivery. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is processed:
- ShopPay: within 10 business days
- PayPal: within 3-7 business days
- Other payment methods: according to the policies of the relevant bank or payment provider
Return Policy
General Returns (No Reason Required)
Skeiso Fitness offers a 30-day no-reason return policy starting from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions:
- Product must be in original condition, suitable for resale, with no scratches, damage, dents, or signs of use.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- All included accessories must be returned.
If a product does not meet these conditions, Skeiso Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
Buyer's Remorse:
If the return is initiated due to a change of mind, a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including return and reshipment.
Defective or Seller-Related Returns
If the product is defective or the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped), returns are accepted without restocking fees, and return shipping costs are covered by Skeiso Fitness.
Conditions:
- Product has severe scratches, damage, or dents affecting functionality
- Packaging is significantly damaged
- Seller error (wrong item, late shipment, etc.)
Important:
For items returned due to finding a better price or minor part defects, we strongly recommend contacting us first via info@skeisofitness.com before initiating a return. We may resolve the issue without the need for a full return.
Return Process
- Email info@skeisofitness.com to request a return. Returns initiated without approval may not be eligible for a refund.
- Once approved:
- Buyer’s remorse: ship the item back and provide tracking information.
- Seller error or defective: we will provide a prepaid return label via email within 1-2 business days.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3 business days, and you will be notified by email.

Warranty Policy
All products purchased from skeisofitness.com come with a 365-day free warranty from the date of delivery. After this period, we continue to provide repair services, but the customer is responsible for shipping and service costs.
Warranty Exclusions:
- Accidental damage, negligence, abuse, or misuse
- Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance
- Extreme operating conditions
- Modifications or alterations
- Usage outside intended design
- Normal wear and tear
- Requests outside the service area
Warranty terms are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser from Skeiso Fitness.
Service Area
Warranty and after-sales services are limited to the areas where Skeiso Fitness operates. Customers are responsible for ensuring products remain within service areas when requesting support.
