This policy explains how payments are displayed and processed for purchases made through the SKEISO Fitness online store.
Currency and Order Total
Store prices and online payments are processed in U.S. dollars (USD). Your complete order total, including any applicable sales tax and available shipping charge, is displayed before you submit payment. SKEISO Fitness does not add a separate surcharge based solely on the payment method you select.
Accepted Payment Methods
Our storefront currently supports major cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club, together with PayPal and eligible accelerated wallets such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Amazon Pay. Availability can vary by device, browser, location and payment-provider eligibility. The methods shown at checkout for your order are the current available methods.
Authorization and Charges
When you submit an order, your payment method may be authorized or charged by the applicable payment provider. An order confirmation does not override product availability, fraud review, address verification or the cancellation rights described in our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Pre-Orders and Backorders
Pre-order or backorder status is shown on the applicable product page or confirmed by email. You may request a full cancellation refund before the order enters shipment processing. After shipment processing begins, the published cancellation and return terms apply.
Payment Security
Checkout is hosted and processed through Shopify and enabled payment providers. Checkout information is transmitted over HTTPS using TLS encryption. SKEISO Fitness does not ask customers to send payment-card details by ordinary email. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Refunds and Payment Questions
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-provider posting times can vary. Review our Refund Policy or email info@skeisofitness.com with your order number if you have a payment question.
